Oddly no pick-up from the Eastern Iowa Airport -- it was a 12-minute walk in a small paved road (with no sidewalk) by a corn field -- but the ride to/from Iowa City was comfortable, fast, and cheap.
It's a bus station with 2 vending machines. Don't expect anything great.
It's okay. There's nothing exactly wrong with it, but don't ride unless you have to.
Not much here but the people are friendly and professional. Treat them right!!
Online booking for greyhound's prices are not matched and even scoffed at because they know you have no other option. I found a flight on Anerican just up the street that had a better price. Be smart look around before settling on this option or get to the closest city with direct greyhound ticketing.
